One of the defining elements of April and Joseph’s wedding was how Nigerian and Korean cultural traditions were thoughtfully woven into the celebration.

For the final part of the night, the couple changed into a fun, modern reception look, signaling the transition into full celebration. Across the evening, each attire change marked a new chapter of the wedding, reflecting identity, family, and joy.

“My most treasured moment was our last dance together after all our guests had left,” April shared. “It was just the two of us, celebrating that we’d done it.”

A Multicultural Destination Wedding Done Thoughtfully

Looking back, April would not change much.

“Honestly, the only thing I would do differently is remember to actually feed each other our wedding cake,” she laughed. “Other than that, everything was perfect.”
